I’m so grateful your soul guided you here!

No matter what is going on in your life, no matter what is going on in the world, the important thing is you are here. You are most likely searching for the inner answers and the inner light connection that has always been a part of you. You could be walking a path of self-healing your body, mind, spirit or heart. Maybe you were led here because you are on a journey of life changes, that might include health challenges, grief, career changes, empty nesting, divorce or finding your life’s purpose. Maybe there has been Dis-Ease in your life that is causing your body to express disease; or you are healing from illness, injury, or trauma. You may also be a healer looking for a place to express your gifts, and to feel safe expressing your challenges. Whatever led you here, I am delighted you are here. My passion is guiding your body, mind, spirit and heart to heal through the use of Alternative Healing Modalities, and providing a safe space for improving one's well being. Listening to the body and connecting at a cellular level allows the body to release whatever is no longer in service to it, such as pain, stress, emotions and restrictions that have accumulated in the body, and can cause disease. It is my hope to connect with that Dis-Ease before it transitions into disease, trauma, pain, or stress.
